En achetant ce fichier, vous acceptez les conditions suivantes :

1. Ce qui est autorisé

  • Imprimer ce fichier pour votre usage personnel, sans limite de quantité.
  • Vendre ou offrir l’objet imprimé fini (le pavillon lui-même une fois imprimé) de façon occasionnelle et à petite échelle (jusqu’à 5 unités vendues), à titre non professionnel (sans création d’activité commerciale déclarée autour de ce produit), à condition qu’il ne soit pas présenté comme votre propre création.

2. Ce qui est interdit

  • Redistribuer, partager, revendre ou publier le fichier STL (ou tout fichier dérivé) sous quelque forme que ce soit, gratuitement ou payant.
  • Republier ce fichier sur une autre plateforme (Thingiverse, Printables, Cults3D, etc.) sans autorisation écrite préalable.
  • Modifier le design et le redistribuer comme une œuvre dérivée sans autorisation.
  • Fabriquer et vendre l’objet imprimé au-delà de la limite définie ci-dessus, ou en faire une activité commerciale récurrente (boutique en ligne, présence professionnelle sur une marketplace, production en volume, etc.) sans accord préalable écrit avec HSR.

3. Propriété
Le design reste la propriété intellectuelle de HSR (Horn Sound Reinforcement). L’achat donne un droit d’usage tel que décrit ci-dessus, pas un transfert de propriété du design.

4. Responsabilité
Ce fichier est fourni en l’état. HSR ne pourra être tenu responsable d’un défaut d’impression, d’une mauvaise utilisation, ou de dommages liés à l’utilisation du produit imprimé.

By purchasing this file, you agree to the following terms:

1. What is allowed

  • Print this file for personal use, with no limit on quantity.
  • Sell or give away the finished printed object (the horn itself once printed) on an occasional, small-scale basis (up to 5 units sold), on a non-professional basis (without operating a registered commercial activity around this product), provided it is not presented as your own design.

2. What is prohibited

  • Redistributing, sharing, reselling, or publishing the STL file (or any derivative file) in any form, whether free or paid.
  • Republishing this file on any other platform (Thingiverse, Printables, Cults3D, etc.) without prior written authorization.
  • Modifying the design and redistributing it as a derivative work without authorization.
  • Manufacturing and selling the printed object beyond the limit defined above, or turning it into a recurring commercial activity (online shop, professional marketplace presence, volume production, etc.) without prior written agreement with HSR.

3. Ownership
The design remains the intellectual property of HSR (Horn Sound Reinforcement). Purchase grants a right of use as described above, not a transfer of ownership of the design.

4. Liability
This file is provided « as is. » HSR cannot be held liable for printing defects, misuse, or damages related to the use of the printed product.
